Science, Technology and Computing Weekly Curation Report by SEVENGERS Using @steemcurator07 Account

Hello Steemians, welcome to the weekly report from the SEVENGERS curation team. We started curation on the 7th of February 2022 using the @steemcurator07 account. Our team focused on 3 main tags which include #science, #technology, and #computing.

The team is focused on ensuring that quality content free from plagiarism is being rewarded. The screenshot below represents the curation details for this week. From the screenshot below, we have the data of all the reviewed posts.

We don't have many users writing in the area of Science, technology, and computing. The majority of the posts we reviewed were plagiarised and Spammed content. Also, users who do not meet #club5050 status are not in this category.

Team SEVENGERS has started an awareness campaign to invite community leaders and country representatives to invite users who have an interest in the area of science, technology, and computing to start publishing quality content. Hopefully, in the coming weeks, there will be more engagements and more writers in our theme.

We reviewed 63 contents in total this week. 53 posts were qualified and received upvotes while the rest were disqualified as a result of plagiarism and poor quality content.

Plagiarism Report

The main priority of our team is to curb plagiarism. We have instructed users to publish quality and original content. This week, we were able to spot 13 plagiarised from users in the #technology and #science tag. We encourage users to refrain from plagiarism in the Steemit platform. We have included the users in the watchlist and we will keep monitoring the accounts.

From the screenshot above, we can see that more users are writing under the science and technology tag while there were no qualified posts on the #computing tag. The few contents submitted in #computing tags are plagiarised contents and users who do not meet up with the #club5050 requirement. I believe the initiation of rewarding content writers in this category will attract more users to keep publishing using our tag.
