I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to the Steemit team for the honor and confidence
they have bestowed upon me by nominating
and providing me with the opportunity to continue contributing to this platform.
From the inception of the Incredible India community, my primary emphasis has been on moderation to prevent instances of plagiarism and to adhere to the specific criteria outlined by the Steemit team at the time of establishment. This commitment to moderation remains a cornerstone of our community today.
In light of this, I have decided to extend the distribution of rewards to encompass all moderators and the co-administrator in the winner announcement posts for both community contests and those sponsored by myself.
This adjustment aims to engender a sense of recognition and encouragement among these individuals,
paralleling that, which has extended to the three primary contest winners.

- Like other weeks, I powered up 100 steem from my account.
Now, the community comes under the fifth dolphin after allotment rewards and powered up remaining steem.

Scanned all posts verified inside the community within 24 hours, as always.
This week, a tutorial class was conducted, and during the class, I announced that the community users would acquire weekly rewards for the three highest-ranked posts; in terms of quality, consistency, and engagement.
That was all that I did for the last seven days!
I would condone pledging that besides serving the platform with my best drudgery.
I will also maintain decorum and follow each regulation;
set by the steemit team.
