Greetings Steemians friends!
Hope everyone is doing well. Today I would like to present to you the report of the last week of this month, which is for the last two days (29/11/2024 & 30/11/2024) of November/2024, from Team 06. As Team 6 curators, we have completed our curation process effectively by supporting quality posts across the Steemit platform, following the standards stipulated in our Team 6 : Curation Guidelines for November 2024.
It has been an immense pleasure for us to serve as Community Curators this month, a very interesting month full of ups and downs, but definitely very educational. So I invite you to look at the numbers and statistics of the two days of curation for the month of November (29/11/2024 and 30/11/2024).

I choosed this post because the author has taken time to explained the benefits of Areca nuts both and betel nuts for consumption. She gives explanations how all these nuts are beneficial to man and animal as medication .Lowering blood sugar level,Over come respiratory problem , reduce pain etc .
