It is a pleasure to visit many more different tags and large amount of countries. While curating but also when to nominate users we are paying attention to the fact that:

• creative and outstanding posts
• the users who did not have high Upvotes for their last few posts
• also those ones who regular receive Upvote SC01 or 02 they may receive support of our team but for nomination we will give privilege for those who did not receive such rewards so that is fair for others.

There is always space to improve ourselves therefore, we are trying to learn every day and make our job better. We hope that the users appreciate our work and that we will be able to visit many of you.

In this post the friend @mankoo shares a life lesson, in it, he points out the importance of dedicating time to ourselves, because, with all the work and the emotional load that we handle with our families, our jobs, we are not used to give to others, but we do not dedicate time to ourselves.The author shares three basic rules to manage our relationship with ourselves.
WE AND TIME FOR OURSELVES, we must learn to dedicate quality time for ourselves.
WE AND OUR EMOTIONS, we must rid ourselves of those thoughts that are useless, that help us to be calm. In this sense some people spend their time in wrong and unproductive relationships, it is never too late to change that way of thinking.
WE AND OUR THINKING FROM INSIDE, self-esteem and having positive thoughts is the most advisable to heal from inside and have that encounter with our self.
By dedicating more time to ourselves, our whole environment will undoubtedly improve.

This user shared a very interesting publication on health. Smoking is not good for health. Since It is addictive, It can be challenging to stop. Articles like this educate both users and even people who are not on the platform to know what might likely happen if one engaged fully in smoking. We need to save more lives on planet earth and if It means spreading messages like this every day...then It's cool.

I was fascinated to discover such literary benches in the post of @robytrix. The idea of using the shape of open book for a bench is absolutely great. When we were young people were resting on benches and reading newspapers and books.
When I started reading I immediately thought about Old England and thought that the University cities would love them and was pleased to find that they were there too.
I can imagine that people in Italy also love them and they are quite popular.

This guy is so lucky by living in Spain and have the opportunity to travel often in several places from Europe, so if you want to know about splendid spots to enjoy in leisure time, his blog is perfect to have a look where he makes those trips with his partner in love. In this occasion, he address the country of Belgium, specifically at the city of Malinas, which is having its own charming magic to dream of and then get rid from any kind of stress. Amazing article that requires attention.

This post is something special not only for little Princess Sofia but for her mother, 4 year old is the time when the children are still children but on other hand a bit of personalities. It is possible to feel how the user tried to safe the dress and herself with her sister managed to create such beautiful outfit. Nice photographs of happy kids and family.
