Hello my dear Steemians,
Here is the first report in new year, covering days 08/01-14/01/24.
This is a second week of New Year and I would like to summarise what I have done during last week.
There was not much time that I had last week both professionally with my tough schedule that is predicted to be so appr. whole January. That is why I decided to leave Steem Representative, I have already shared that in Steem Rep. Discord and also I informed Steemit Team and received OK from Joanna.
Doing so, it does not mean that I stop being around, but for me it is just no pressure and no obligation.

It is a good feeling to highlight users and be able to share the reward with them, sometimes it is like a little presents or surprise, I know it is not much but at least something that will brighten up their day.
I hope that the Steemit Team will continue supporting this "Spotlight" Initiative and for the opportunity to support the highlighted users with sharing the reward with them.

One of the regular activities is to visit following discords WOX, Steem Representatives and Planet Wild to catch up with our team, we discuss any news that is happening, we share interesting interesting posts and supporting interesting users.
I am still available for many users in Discord in there are nay questions or if anyone would like to advises, of course, depending on if I am busy with my work I might come a bit later in some cases.
Once a day I am going through WOX community visiting many good posts and leaving comments.

Until today we managed to complete our one month of regular sharing the Missions of Planet Wild Initiative, we are collecting Steem in order to support the projects and the next Donation will be from our platform "Steemit" and from Steemians, if you would like to check our last stand please visit our last post:

It is good Initiative and it was a nice experience, the benefits I received was to learn many leaders from different communities and had "shortcut" contacting them. Many little queries was easy to resolve which is a good side of it. The only what I did not really feel as a group of representatives is that there is mostly silence in the server, it felt like people hesitate to communicate there, no idea why. Of course, one can not force people to communicate, do not you think so?
