Selfishness of moderators in steemit communities

The communities here on steemit repress people who create content on other sites, I don't see them as fair as such, a platform is for that, creating content and calling an audience to work that you have done either here on steemit or other platforms, I don't understand Why do moderators report a lot? Yes, it's normal to seek engagement and seek the opportunity to have more visibility, apart from educational content on crypto, content that can help many people!
