hello every one, hope you all will be happy and fine and it is my 2 week activity report as cr pakistan, in this report i tried to full fill my activties report that i am performing as cr , in this report i tried to cover these reports of last two weeks.

i tried to speak all above topic in my this video , so i tried to explain my every points in this video , so i thought that i should uplaod video to keep my active alive as cr, so it is true , my english is not good, but i tried my best to cover these all above topic in this video, purpose of the uplaoding video to cover above is to use new way to uplaod the activity report. hope you will get my points
my effort as cr is to promote steemit and introduce new people on teemit blockchain, i am trying my best effort, this time urdu community is growing very much fast and from all over the world people writing post here. so i am very much satisfy that in future our effort will be fruit ful.

میں نے اپنی اس ویڈیو میں مندرجہ بالا تمام عنوانات پر بات کرنے کی کوشش کی، اس لیے میں نے اس ویڈیو میں اپنے ہر نکتے کو سمجھانے کی کوشش کی، اس لیے میں نے سوچا کہ مجھے اپنی ایکٹیو کو زندہ رکھنے کے لیے ویڈیو کو اپ لوڈ کرنا چاہیے، تو یہ سچ ہے، میری انگریزی اچھی نہیں ہے۔ ، لیکن میں نے اس ویڈیو میں مذکورہ بالا تمام عنوانات کا احاطہ کرنے کی پوری کوشش کی ہے ، اوپر پیش کرنے والی ویڈیو کا مقصد سرگرمی کی رپورٹ کو اپ لوڈ کرنے کا نیا طریقہ استعمال کرنا ہے۔ امید ہے کہ آپ کو میرے پوائنٹس مل جائیں گے۔
بطور cr میری کوشش steemit کو فروغ دینا اور teemit blockchain پر نئے لوگوں کو متعارف کرانا ہے، میں اپنی پوری کوشش کر رہا ہوں، اس وقت اردو کمیونٹی بہت تیزی سے بڑھ رہی ہے اور پوری دنیا سے لوگ یہاں پوسٹ لکھ رہے ہیں۔ لہذا میں بہت مطمئن ہوں کہ مستقبل میں ہماری کوششیں رنگ لائیں گی۔
میں نے ملک کے نمائندے کے طور پر steemcurator07 استعمال کیا ہے۔ میں نے تمام ایکٹو ممبرز کو انعام دینے کی پوری کوشش کی ہے اور میں نے ان تمام بہترین پوسٹوں کو ووٹ دیا ہے جو پاکستانی ممبر نے پوسٹ کی تھیں۔

I have used steemcurator07 as country representative. I have sincerely tried to reward all the active members and I have voted for all the best posts that were posted by the Pakistani member.
I do the curation for steemcurator07 keeping in mind the following rules. First I check the quality of the post and vote for the best post. The second most important thing is that I try to appreciate the new user so that their SP can be added quickly. Thirdly, I prefer senior users who write active daily posts.
Most importantly I vote for the member participating in # club5050. I check the original content first so that the plagrism post is not voted on. Sir, @yousafharoonkhan I have read your entire post which is very good. One thing I would say is that we are constantly powering up.
