Desserts

I don't eat them that much, it's just too expensive and too much food, and the ready-made things in the shops are quite disappointing.
If you are on a diet it is better not to eat three or four courses. I had to do that as a child and I haven't done it since I've been living on my own. First soup, then a main course followed by a dessert and then coffee and cake. I was always in pain in bed and that's not what I want for myself, my body.

As a child, I always loved low-fat yoghurt. Our low-fat yoghurt is sour. I still have bouts when I just want to eat yoghurt or some kefir.
Yoghurt is definitely healthy and for me it is a meal rather than a dessert.

I looked on the internet for desserts without sugar.

I would say take fruit. Strawberries, a bowl of cherries, grapes or melon or make a fruit salad.
Low-fat yoghurt without sugar is also a good alternative.
You can also make ice cream from yoghurt and fruit. Yogurt ice cream is worth the effort.
I saw that ice cream is also high on the list of desserts for the slim line. I would like to try making ice cream from condensed milk with whipped cream and perhaps dark chocolate. Condensed milk does have added sugar, but sugar is also found in fruit, of course.
You can make all sorts of desserts with dark chocolate. Chocolate is healthy and the higher the percentage of cocoa, the less sugar there is in the chocolate.
Chocolate mousse appears to be the number one sugar-free dessert. My youngest had made two versions for me for Mother's Day. What you need is dark chocolate, egg and whipped cream. No sugar then.
Over the years, I have reduced the amount of sugar I use, even in my cakes, and I only whip the cream with a little vanilla sugar.
If you are only interested in no sugar, I would say: bake an apple cake, apples and sultanas with cinnamon or apple and peach or apricot as a filling. Top it with whipped cream and you have a delicious dessert.
Too much work? Then take a bowl of strawberries with whipped cream as a treat. A ripe strawberry is sweet and you can smell it. There is no need to add sugar.

Thank you for your recommendations. I am not dieting.
When I had my vertigo the doctor just told me to give up flours and sugars and that's what I'm doing.
I eat six servings of meals a day. Vegetables, eggs, meats, chicken, fish and salad and fruits.
Fruits have a sugar that is fructose and for the organism it is not the same as eating refined sugar.
Like mangos, cambures, papaya, pineapple and others.
I am fine with my diet because what I avoid is to raise sugar levels and not to lose weight quickly as such. But I lose weight slowly.
I also like yogurt is very tasty and I prepare fruit jam with the same sugar as the fruit.
Thanks for your input.

You follow the Atkins diet or keto. You can have yoghurt with fruits. We had it for brunch. You can make bread oud of seeds, kernels and so on. It works too and is gluten-free. Enjoy your weekend and food.

Thank you friend, the same to you.
