Speak no Evil (film): McAvoy does a good job. It's not great, not terrible

... the main thing that made the movie seem a bit absurd was the amount of stuff the family tolerates before they finally up and leave and then the need to return to the house because of a stuffed animal ...

That's the part when I said to myself, "Enuff!"

Perhaps it was an element of the original Dutch movie and they had to stick with that.

They don't have to, do they?

I plan on watching the original because often the reason why they remake a movie in English is superior to remake in most ways such as The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and Oldboy.

One of the English remake I do enjoy is Amulance (2022). Have you seen it?If you have seen it, it would be great to know what your'e thinking about it. Or may it be you have written about it?
