Better Call Saul S5 Ep6-10 Short (not really) Reviews - A year long look back Pt. 2

This show is so good that I was actually massively disappointed when it was over. I really look forward to the next season and hope they can do like they did with Breaking Bad and stop making them at an appropriate time rather than dragging it out for ages like most series do.

So far they are doing a fantastic job.

Agreed. I actually think there would be a link to this concept geographically. A lot of UK shows (the office, sherlock, etc.) don't get many extensive contracts for excessive seasons so they are not as stressed with coming up with ideas. Look at shows like Brooklyn 99, Rick and Morty that have been signed up for over 5 season contracts and they just run out of quality ideas and they will have a few good eps of course but it puts way more pressure on creators to pump out content whereas vince has meticulously crafted every piece of his show to perfection.

Fun fact: Vince wanted to only have 62 episodes of Breaking Bad before it started production as the atomic number 62 corresponding element is Samarium which a primary ingredient used in the treatment of lung cancer.
