Hi Steemians,
Ramadan is the month of blessing which gives us the opportunity to request what we need from Allah. If we have good intentions, our prayers will be accepted. So here is our contribution to the above topic.

During the month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world move closer to their creator to seek protection and forgiveness from Allah. Allah commands every Muslim to fast during this holy month and to completely refrain from illicit acts such as drinking, smoking, adultery, and eating. We must follow His command so that we do not go astray.
“…Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may attain taqwā (piety and mindfulness of Allah)” (2:183).
Through taqwa, Allah, in His infinite mercy, will pardon His servant when an individual does not return to their previous bad habits. Fasting is a spiritual act that positively transforms our lives both internally and externally. During this period, the majority of Muslims try their best to complete reading the entire Quran before the end of this holy month. They do this to gain more rewards that will be beneficial to them in the hereafter.
All the thing we seek from Allah will be accepted because we are in pure form and also obey his command for us to succeed.
Taraweeh is a voluntary prayer performed by the worshipper after the Isha prayer during the month of Ramadan. Taraweeh prayer consists of 10 rak'ahs observed by Muslims, and it is important as it carries great benefits by serving as a strong connection between the believer and the Creator.
Some worshippers use this opportunity during the month to learn different lessons through the reading of the glorious Quran, which helps in purifying their souls and hearts. Taraweeh prayer is necessary as it frees individuals from the troubles of life and keeps their minds at peace. Our rewards will keep on increasing so that we can be among the righteous individuals.

Laylat al-Qadr usually takes place in the last ten days of Ramadan, where Muslims consider it the Night of Majesty when God answers our prayers. At that moment, people will isolate themselves in a mosque in the name of I'tikaf. Rich people in the society can come and give them free food for iftar and suhoor. Another thing is that it normally happens in the last ten days of Ramadan wherein males will abstain themselves from any sexual intercourse. The majority of Muslims know the importance of this night by waking up in the middle of the night, performing 2 or more Nawafil, and seeking protection from their Lord.
It's the only night when Almighty Allah sent down the Quran to the Prophet so that it can serve as guidance to mankind. Laylat al-Qadr is a special night, and those who wake up in the night are considered people of honor. Some scholars agree this night starts from Maghrib, and they also urge anyone not to miss it. Those who missed it have missed a great reward.

Prophet Muhammad is the best teacher who taught us in a good manner. Iftar and Suhoor are very important; each of these has a specific time during which one can eat or break their fast. A Muslim must have the intention to perform fasting, and it has to be done at night. The prophet used to do that and also urged Muslims to do the same, stating that those who have no intention to fast at night do not actually fast.
When the sun goes down, a Muslim must break their fast with dates or fruit before praying Maghrib by saying 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah). The Muslim ummah is encouraged not to delay Iftar; they should rush to break their fast. Suhoor is the food we eat in the middle of the night 🌃 because there is a blessing in it. Muslims are recommended to delay Suhoor until before the Adhan called the Fajr prayer. It is very important to have Suhoor, even if it's just one dates or water alone. It's okay, and you can continue with your fast.
Conclusion
Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam and it is compulsory for everyone, whether young or old. I would like to invite @solaymann, @rubina203 and @abisolami to come and participate in this contest.
