For ever great idea one have, there is a possibility that thousands of people are thinking in that same direction. The only advantage you have is the first movers advantage.

DISCOVER OPPORTUNITIES
Opportunities abound. Most times opportunities present themselves as challenges. However, you are smart to see the prospect associated with the problem.

For everyone who is complaining of not having a job, probably there is another who is working overtime to meet targets. If all the entire wealth available in the globe were to be evenly distributed, be sure that all nations and individuals will become rich at once.

THE MISSING LINK

Many young people want to rush into setting up businesses, because they believe that it is a sure way to enjoy freedom. However, 50% businesses do not get see their 5th anniversary. Apprenticeship and mentorship have been identified as the missing link in many recent entrepreneurial attempts.
Apprenticeship and mentorship are the sure path to leveraging on past experiences to build the desired future.

•What topics or lessons have you taught or learned? Tell us in detail.

Topic: Business

Lessons:

1. If one wait for everything to be in place before you get started, you may as well never get started.
2. Most great business one see today started in a small way.
3. Success in some cases begins with what one have in hand. If you do not have something in your hand, do not forget that you have hands and we have equally seen people without hands making global impact because there is something inside of everyone that may not need hands for expression.
4. Many people look every other place except within. However, more opportunities can actually be discovered by re-evaluation of things that either captivate one or infuriate one.
5. Notice the two dimensions of work satisfaction: which are, doing what you love and loving what you do.
6. Equip yourself with the relevant skills needed to thrive in the business and do not fail to master the business of your skill.

•How is your progress after teaching or after learning? Present here.
After spending so much time in this business class I came up with the following to start my own business.

1. Operational Plans: How will the business carry out it's activities and promote it's images.
2. Funding: I have to start small and grow with the capital I have at hand because I want to grow in business and also learn from successful people in the field and find out why they succeeded.
3. Strategy: To keep cost low and also know the risk and prepare to protect the business against them.
4. Market Research: I have started surveying the market just to help me know if the sales volume required to produce profit for me.
5. Personal policy: Small business do not retain very good workers for long that why I have to employ myself first.
6. Security: A crucial part because when my business is not in a safe location is not secured.

All the above points and more are going now.
