Good day steemians!
December 19, 2024 marks the last day we (my 10-Cuyag students) will saw each other for the year 2024. That day was our Classroom Christmas Party. The morning shift students will have their party in the morning, its up to them what time they will start and must end before 12 noon. And the afternoon session that is us, started around 2 in the afternoon and we had our dinner at 4 pm and started cleaning at 5pm.
The two pretty ladies were our EmCee. They started the program with a prayer followed by singing of Philippine National Anthem and then the Lapu-Lapu March.
Afterwards, they let me give my opening remarks to formally open the program. Since, I was not inform ahead of time so I just had a short message and hoping that they will all enjoy the party.
We dont have any presentation, we just had plenty of games.
Winners received prizes like detergent, shampoo, bath soap and many more.
We then had our dinner. And the highlight of our food is this Lechon Baboy. This is what every filipino's favorite.
I just let some of the boys control the food serving. After eating, we rest for a while and had another two games. And since, it is already getting dark, we then gave our gifts to our monito and monita. Then start cleaning the classroom. I see to it that they will get all their designs and throw all the trashes.
It was indeed a happy day and an unforgetable one. We all went home with a happy heart.

It was interesting how you celebrated the Christmas party with your students, we could see that it was very festive and at the end of the event there was a meal together, I never knew how the food tasted but it seemed very delicious.

A start of the program with a national anthem is a ritual, it is done everywhere, gaming was suppose to be the main focus, seeing that the student have studied so much this session, writing test and exams and it now time for fun, so let's this kids have their time, an end of the year party without a prize distribution will be an oversight, they seem to be teenagers around age 13 and above, the choice of giving them a soap and a detergent is a nice one but don't you think something more durable would have been better, like a plastic cup or a plate with their name inscripted, #steemsanta wasn't present or don't you celebrate Christmas(^_-), I love your entry, Goodluck on this contest

Hello brother, its their choice brother. They dont want to accept something for theirself, but they wanted to bring something useful for their parents. Actually our first choice is two kilos of rice and canned foods but we lack of budget so my officers just chose it and some school supplies
