1. Can you explain what obstacles a teacher may face in the classroom learning process?

Yes, a teacher may face various obstacles in the learning process in the classroom. Different types of students come to study in a classroom, not everyone has the same mentality, some of the students are extroverts, some are introverts, some are very inattentive in the classroom. So a teacher has to go through many adversities to make his students attentive in class. Teaching is a profession where teachers have to be very patient and efficient. But in some cases, the teacher must face various obstacles in the classroom, the most important reasons are: –

• Lack of attention of students in the classroom, students are inattentive in the classroom and do not listen to the teacher carefully, so they can not give feedback to the teacher in the classroom. For this, the teacher has to face obstacles.

• Since there are not the same types of students in the classroom, there are students of different mentalities, so the teacher cannot teach the students in the same way, so different methods have to be adopted, and this makes the teacher's teaching difficult.

• Various educational institutions do not have the necessary educational materials, for which the teacher has to face obstacles in teaching.

• In addition, it can be difficult to teach within the deadline. For example, in our country, 45 minutes or 1 hour is allocated for a class in educational institutions, it is a little difficult to teach 30,40 students in such a short time.

What do you think is the importance of learning contracts and how have learning contracts helped your teaching process so far?

The learning contract process is the agreement of understanding between teachers and students. Through this agreement, a written agreement is taken to evaluate what the student will learn from the teacher and how he will evaluate the learning.

I think the learning contract plays an important role in the field there. And so far these agreements have helped my learning process. Through this process, the student and teacher discuss together to determine the method of learning and the agreement to be attentive.

And what to learn determines what to learn and how to learn better. Then both the teacher and the student have to set time limits, the reason for setting the time limit is so that the student can have an idea of his lacings. And he can study accordingly.

And in the next step, the signature of the teacher and the student is taken in the contract letter. Learning contracts help both the teacher and the student, just as the teacher can understand the student properly and help in teaching properly, so can the student be attentive in learning.

What important components should be included in a learning contract and explain why they are helpful to you?

Accepting a learning contract. And in order to implement that Chakhar agreement, I think it is important to collect some material from both students and teachers. The main responsibility of the students is to implement this learning agreement within a specific time frame. At the same time, they will think about it and accordingly adopt the daily learning schedule. How to master the contracts to learn until the end of his contract. Enough negative advice and strategies will prepare students as teachers.

Everything I do as a teacher is for the students. First of all, I tell them to put in the effort and hard work. I also spend time on them. Because they are more exemplary than the teacher can follow. Therefore, teachers should go further than the students. However, giving them importance to deadlines. Then we set important times, which have enough attention. Keeps enough mentality clear. Such as waking up and studying, starting in the name of the Creator in every case. And that's how I implement the learning agreement between me and my student.

First of all, I have many methods to ensure a learning agreement. Which I can learn by applying. One of the skills of the teacher is to collect from them according to the contract. So students have to be under your control with enough responsibility. So that it is easy to verify them. They will be considered by testing if necessary. Students can be increased in the light of their instructions.

Teachers take great care of their students. As the only teacher, they know how much effort they put into to secure a deal. Especially those who are residents are very aware of this. Because they know how hard students are to fulfill these agreements. Every strategy I have is to observe my daily progress, take weekly exams, take monthly exams and take home exams. As a result, it inspires me a lot.

We will never be able to force education from students if we want. You have to be kind and kind to them. It is very important to love them in the right way. If necessary, they can be entertained to extract a contract from them and treat them with sincerity. Welcoming them properly, I am very aware of the health rules and also towards myself and the students. The positive of their health rules and mentality is very important.
