SLC | S21W3 [Winners Announcement]: Teaching Practice

Hello steemians, Steemit Learning Challenge (SLC) Season 21 Week 3 has come to an end, now it's time for our team to submit some brief reports and announce the winners of the SLC S21W3 contest: Teaching Practice.

Our contest this week aims to encourage steemians to experience teaching practice firsthand, according to our team's assessment all participants have carried out teaching practice correctly and in accordance with what we expect, overall we are happy to read their experience in carrying out teaching practice.

However, there are several things that need to be noted, first, some participants have not been able to distinguish the three aspects (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) that must be achieved in a teaching and learning process activity, these three aspects must have an impact on students after the learning activity is completed. We hope that participants will read more references related to these three aspects so that they have a more comprehensive picture.

Secondly, this week we expected participants to attach a video of their activities while teaching, but many participants did not attach it. This is very important so that we can provide constructive feedback on the learning activities that have been carried out.

There were 21 participants in this week's contest, and our team tried to give appropriate ratings to the quality of the posts they had made, while encouraging all participants to strive to improve their posts by providing constructive feedback.

In determining the winners, our team members have selected the top few posts that received the highest scores, if there are several participants who have the same number of scores then we review the posts and choose the best one, this aims to be able to select posts that are of real quality so that the selection of winners can be accounted for fairly, the team's decision is final and cannot be contested.

Thus this winner announcement post is made, we congratulate all selected winners. The selected winners will get a voice prize from SC01. Thank you to all participants who have participated in this week's Steemit Learning Challenge contest, keep up the spirit and keep working.
