Joyce Meyer is a charismatic Christian speaker and author, during her early age of life Meyer went through a lot of turmoil in her life but she overcame all of them. And she has one of the world’s largest Christian ministries in the world. She has some couple of books that have touch millions of people and help them find hope and restoration in Jesus Christ. She became a practical Bible teacher, and shared her experiences and testimony and her life-changing message from God. Lately, Meyer has learned wrath from the media for her excessively extravagant lifestyle.

Joyce mentioned a lot of things here, all she went through when growing up, the abuse and disappointment gives her a kind of perspective on life issues that may be considered helpful.

Most women of the world's existence women have not experience the joy of being respected properly or enjoy their right in the society, but in tje western world that injustice has been corrected. Despite of that there are some cultures in the world where women are been terribly maltreated. Which is very bad.

Women are creative, sensitive, compassionate, loving, intelligent and talented. They are gift from God, we women need encouragement and support.

In this book Joyce shares her experience of shattered confidence as a result of all she’s been through while growing up. Having been restored and restructure by God’s restorative power, she gave her understanding of Gods view concerning women.

It was never in God's intention for women to be less than men. When God created the man he saw that nan needed help so He brought the woman to help the man. Not withstanding what happened in the begining when they disobeyed God and God laid against the woman that she will be submissive to man dose not mean that women should be slave to man.

She went forward to describes Proverbs 31 woman, she gave ten steps to being a confident woman and further giving ten examples of women who overcame limitations, doing so courageously.

She went further to expose the enemy of confidence, fear and how a woman can be bold and courageous.

This book gives an important message to every woman who has undergo a lot pain, fear, abuse or other difficult situations: to let the fire be a refiner, a thing that makes tough, instead of a paralyzing agent.

Joyce explores the seven characteristic of a woman with confidence, which include a woman who knows she is loved, who refuses to live in fear and who does not live by comparisons.

Joyce explain that confidence is to be positive in your actions and living honestly, but must importantly from having faith in God and in ourselves. I believe this book gives a different kind of exhortation. It calls for courage, and courage is a very Christian virtue.

To my fellow woman out there this is a must read book, i urge you all to go get this book. Its worth the read, even if you’re not a big fan of Joyce’s books. After all, courage is, like I said, a very Christian virtue.
