Good day to you wonderful, intelligent, beautiful and handsome people.

I want to share with you this night, a diary on how i spent my day.

I woke up today about 7:30 am, i said my morning prayers and prepaid to go out without breakfast.
That was because i was to visit Ladipo spare part market for you guys who leaves in Lagos or have visited the market will have an understanding of it.

I went they to buy a new engine for my vehicle that the engine nocked.

I got to the market @about 12 noon since i leave at the Ajaha axis of Lagos Island.

I made the findings, made research and finally bought the engine.
Guys, buying at that market is one thing you need to be VERY careful about because if you don't have any knowledge about it, you will end up buying the wrong thing.
I finished up at about 2:00 pm and was to leave.

After chartering a taxi, we left the market but guys guess what, to exit that market was a war because of the holdup and the crowd .
We succeeded in exiting the market only to face another stronger holdup at the Munshin /Ojuelegba mostly at Ojuelegba under bridge linking to Yaba.

I was so tired setting inside the taxi, so i started doing photo graphical work.
I'll sure love to share some pix i took with you guys.

We got to the mechanic shop at Obalende Ejeh barracks at about 5:30 pm, and we dropped the engine.
Immediately i left for my house, but unfortunately for me, i met another terrible holdup on Ajaha road.
That happened because a trailer broke down at Elegushi Ikate bus stop and that cost the holdup starting from the first tollgate at lekki all the way to Ikate.

We had to bear with the situation and the stress until we past.
I finally got to my house at about 7:20 pm. It was indeed a terrible day of stress but i give thanks to God for seeing me through today.

Thank you guys for being a friend one can share his feelings with.

I appreciate your time reading this post.
Best Regards.

Hello @asue

Thanks for sharing your diary with us. It's not easy moving about in Lagos City. Everywhere is jam-packed with lots of people and vehicles. I guess it was just another day In Lagos. Happy you got home safely without any accident to any of the vehicles you entered. Take care my friend.

Thank you my brother.
Leaving in Lagos on it's own is a risk.
