MY DAIRY GAME SEASON 3: THE SUCCESS OF MY DENTAL THERAPY BY @boobee

Good evening everyone. Hope you all had great day.

Well I have come back to update you guys on how my second appointment with the dentist went on staturday.

I wasn't able to share it with you guys that same day because I had a busy day and a low battery so I decided to share it today.

So as usual before I could have assess into the clinic I had to under go another covid 19 protocol which is to properly wear my face mask, sanitizer my hands, they checked my temperature, pulse and oxygen, then giving a shoe cover to wear over my shoes before I could enter.

My appointment was around 10am but I had to go earlier before the time which was around 8am just to bit Lagos traffic and not to be late.

When it got to my turn, i was asked to rinse my month with a substance, there reason was for it to kill any form of germs and bacteria around my teeth and mouth.

So the dentist said I shouldn't be scared, that I should just relax that it won't be painful. I had no choice then to relax my mind cos I really want to use that side of my teeth again.

First thing he did was to inject the affected area with an analgesic relief or pain killer just for me not to feel the pains while the root canal therapy is going on.

Then he had to use a waterproof protective bib and rubber dam to separate the affected tooth from the other tooth. Reasons was for an easy access to the tooth and for the bacterias not to have any contact with my mouth.

These are the instrument they used for the root canal therapy.

They had to use the endodontist burs to open the affected teeth, and then they used the flexible files and reamers to check the terminal of the whole in my tooth. The flexible files has sizes from 10, 15,. 20,25, 30, 35 as explained by the doctor.

The started with the first layer, second layer, third layer and the fourth layer which was the last.

After the therapy, they had to run an x-ray to make sure there was no other bacteria remaining in my tooth.

I had to beg them to snap the depth of the hole.

It was actually deep.

Finally they had to do a temporary filling that would last for two weeks.

I was told to buy a pain relief drugs and an antibiotic drugs then i was given an instruction pamflets on how to manage the temporary filling.

I was booked for another appointment to come back in two weeks time for the pamanent filling of my tooth which is the last appointment.

When I got home that was around 4pm I did some cleaning. I Washed my toilet and bathroom took my bath. Then took bread and beverages and my pain relief drugs. I didn't even know when I slept off.

Please my kindly advice to you all is stay please away from whatever that will damage your teeth. Stop your kids and younger ones from too much sweet, and sugary stuffs. That is what damaged my tooth. So be warned.

I will be back in two weeks time to carry you guys along the final stage of my dental therapy.
