In appreciation, I will first thank God for keeping us to see this new day and I what to also thank my Master, @focusnow and my less masters @prinpresh @talktofiath @basky14 @booming04

After the class I attended yesterday in telegraph by My Master, the person I call YOUR HIGHNESS. @focusnow, it was really education and I call it an atomic Bomb that scattered low mentality in me and it scattered my fear in me.
And at the end it repaired me by waking up many ideas in me.. One thing he said the really sank into my Brain,mind and soul, he said.
When I woke up this morning I wanted to give my normal report and morning SELFIE but i said NO.I must come out with this topic today I captioned.
MORNING EXERCISE
First of all,,
What is Exercise? Exercise is any activity this is done with your body in terms to improve or to maintain your physical fitness and it also helps you overall health and to free your mind from worries.
This is my definition of exercise.
Some persons will ask, is exercise important for the body? Yes it is.
1.It helps to improve your muscular ability and to increase your endurance.
2.Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues.
3.It help your cardiovascular system work more effectively.
remember that when your lung,heart health work well,you will
have more power to tackle daily chores or activities.
BENEFITS OF CONSTANT EXERCISE.
1.Exercise helps to fight against health challenges and diseases. E g
High blood pressure, strok, anxiety and type 2 diabetes
2.Exercise helps to improve your mood.
By lifting you emotionally maybe after your stressed day.
3.Exercise can also boosts your energy.
4.Exercise promotes better sleep.
TYPES OF EXERCISE.
1.Dancing
2.Swimming
3.Playing basketball or football..
4.Jogging or jumping.
5.Press up and gym
6.Jumping jack
and the rest of them.

And I assure you that it you start doing some exercise today after waking up from you bed before going out, you will see the great difference in you health and appearance.
