Hello @steemitblog and @steemalive. It is a privilege as i view it to bring you my report for the week under review. I do great all steemkans all over the world, i do hope you are doing really fine.

My week has been so busy as usual but importantly i have more activities to handle now especially with a new family member, the joy is that we are doing just great and growing anyway. Below is the highlight of what happened.

Road Show Project

Road show has served as a major way we promote steemit, though most of us still involve in personal recruitments ising diverse means. In all 8 new sign ups and 4 have successfully done their achievement 1 post in the newcomers community.

Weekly Meet Up

Our meet up holds regularly on Saturdays which is basically for mentorship. For two Saturday now i have majored on achievement tasks. The reason is the more they complete the task the more they get to understand the system because the achievement tasks covers the basic things the new comer need to know about the system.

Recruiting New Users

On different notes we have engaged in recruit in the week under review and this has helped us to grow numerically within the past week.

Plan for the New Week

Our major plan is to keep increasing the number of active users in the state, also to keep on with the road show as it is the heart beat of the community.

Challenges

Our major challenge is that most of the new users achievement task pay out without getting verified or even a vote. This has been a major challenge. Some of them stay upto two months before they get verified which is not so healthy for the system. Our way forward, i strongly believe that we will get a quick resolution to this challenge which will in turn bring a great advancement in the state as we a really gaining grounds.

I appreciate the @steemitblog and @steemalive for their support so far. I also appreciate the steemians in Nasarawa State who are active in the system.
