INTRODUCTION
Hello my steemtian in the house how have you been enjoying this weeks contest, the topic we are looking at is very important to human health which will enhance long life and this topic in picture is "Exercise" and there for it is encouraged to all set of people, that are living and that wants a better life.
WHAT IS EXERCISE
Exercise is the physical movement of all the parts of the body to Regan a fresh strength and fitness immediately with overall health and wellness. The reason for exercise is for many reasons sure as to aid growth and development of muscles and cardiovascular system.
THE IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE
The importance of exercise can not be over emphasize in the life of human, let's take a look at some,
Exercise can make someone feel happy when ever it's been done.
It can help in the loss of weight in the body.
The muscle and bones can be strengthen as we get involved in exercise.
The act of exercise can increase ones energy level in the body
When ever we take active part in exercise, it reduces the rate of chronic disease we contact or retain in the body
Exercise refreshes our skin to look younger in age, it helps our brain memory to function effectively,it also regulate our blood pressure level,infact exercise rearrange the body in a good working state what will help us life long in a good and healthy condition.
THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF EXERCISE
Exercise are in different forms, the one that fits Mr A Maj not be very good for Me B, so we all must choose the one that is suitable for you.
Here are some forms of exercise
Strength training
Yoga and pilates
Hit and CrossFit
Sit up Aerobics and cardio
Sport training
Stretch and Balance.
Walk out
Endurance
- Recovery and etc
THE IMPACT OF EXERCISE
The lmpact are the positive effect it gives to the body after it was conclude;
The act of regular physical activities to the body can improve your muscles and strength and boost your endurance nature be for you to have been able to exercise, it takes endurance to get there and attend your aim
Again thing it does, is to deliver oxygen and nutritional value to your tissues and also help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently, it also improve your heart condition with the lungs and give you enough energy to carry out routationly business daily.
MY EXERCISE ROUTINE
In my own case I know that exercise is very good for me because when ever I feel fatigue or my blood is not supplying well I engage in it , but now I don't really go out much but I till get involved seeing that am till nursing my baby.
My Doctor advise me to be doing the little ones either at home or around compound to avoid any eventually, that my wrist and part of my body should be strong and fully okay for it.
RECOMMENDATION
I am recommending that exercise should be seen as a much do , the type of exercise you engage in determine your results.
Youth and children be engaged in exercise for the period of 1 hour 30min, while for the aged and Adults,they can last for at least 50min to 1hour as their strength can carry.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion I will say I have learnt practical things about exercise, when I newly married my husband, I almost lost him because he was finding it difficult to breathe well, we went to the hospital,we were asked to bring 700,000 for the job, luckly for us we ran into one of his friends with finally become a Doctor, after telling him what brought us, he said that I should always take him out in morning for exercise to help his lungs plumb blood well,I did that, today I am a living testimony of it, even me during child birth, we will be asked to carry out some exercise in order for us to be strong to push out the child so you see it's value, let's make it a life style and get the benefits as always.

I don't really see exercise as a must maybe, because am not fat. But, base on what am seeing, i will cherish it so much from now on. But permit me to ask, many people tells me that dancing is part of exercise and dancing is part of my hubbies. Please dear friend, is it true?

Amazing work exercise has done in your husbands life. Imagine spending that amount of money - NGN700,000. And you too have benefitted from doing exercise. Keep it up. I do push ups every morning, although I am not steady. I do up to 150 pushups at a time. I hope to continue exercising my body.
