INTRODUCTION

Hello great people of my community @steemalive, it's a pleasure to present my two days meal. Food like we all is very essential to the human body for proper growth and the kind immune system we build for our selves.
Good food shows up in our body either we like it or not, while the reverse is the case if we eat unbalanced food, food gives us energy to carry out our daily activities while keeping us strong and healthy.
Let's take a look at some of the meals I ate within the week.

Tuesday Breakfast

Rice and vegetables was what we ate that morning for the whole family, rice is a common food that has starch in it, which the end product it's gives energy for work, I had to add vegetables saurce to balance it, for nutrient and some vitamin which balances the food.

The cost of preparing it is 1500 in naria while in steem coin it's 9.95 pieces

Afternoon lunch

In the afternoon we had Garri and okoro soup, were we added some vegetables in it to compliment the soup.
Good for strength and easy to prepare.

The cost for preparing it is 2500 in naria while in steem coin it's 17.56 piece

Dinner

We ate potatoes with vegetables saurce, this the period of new vegetables so I took from my garden to prepare it, potatoes has vitamin in it with the green leaf.

The cost for preparing it is 1200 while in steem coin it's 8.35 piece

Perboil your rice, wash it and put in a clean pot, then cook for about 55mintes, after wards, wash your vegetables.

After washing, chop it on a cutting chopper, with onions and your fish

You use a smaller pot, put your fish with crayfish, the onions and fish in side, put on the fire, and later add the vegetables for 2mins, your saurce is ready.

Friday Breakfast

This is till rice in a different format, with stew and fish, the rice has Carbonahydrate in it, while the stew has protein, because of the fish mineral , oil and fat and others nutrient cause of the tomatoes and onions.

The cost of preparing it is 3500 in naria while in steem coin it's 23.2 piece

lunch of Friday

I made atama soup with corn flour, very delicious meal, corn is a very good source of whole grain, cause it reduces fat in the body, make you light and flexible, it also have Carbonahydrate and vitamin in it while the soup contains protein, and others complete nutrient in it.
The cost for preparing it is 4,800 in naria while in steem coin it's 29.26 pieces.

This is another good meal, it's rich in protein, while the dry garri is for energy.
The cost of preparing it is 800 in Naira while in steem coin it's
4.87 pieces.

CONCLUSION

With these few food, I have presented, it will serve as my third link for the contest and also help us eat well with some vegetables in all most everything we eat, thank you at @steemalive for giving us this platform to interact.

Honestly I like that beans with dry Garry. It's one of the meals I enjoy most. When you add enough sugar to the garry before drinking it, you will enjoy the sweetener in it.

That's true specially when the sun is hot and you use cool water to drink it, you enjoy the vibe well.

Wow beans and garri. I love it but I dont know how to cook beans unless prepared by my husband. Am still learning.

Bean is a good delicacy mostly for men, please learn so you can be cooking for oga

Your breakfast on day one is something I love and cherish, vegetable and rice is one of favorite way of eating rice, I love MTN rice @christybless, do you love it too

I don't really like MTN rice but my daughter does.
