INTRODUCTION

Today we will be looking at another part of the series of which I started with us in my last post. Please I will like each and everyone to see this post as a driving force that can help push for the needed change which we all want to see in the world a change that is positive change and I believe that this is possible.
On the post of today we will be looking at depression, loneliness and the physics traumatic experience which many people are going through today in out society and they all need our help in one way or the other. As you read try to follow @chukwumagodwin

WHEN YOU ARE ALONE

The world is a beautiful place to live yet it's an isolated place for many reasons why is because many people are alone even in the present plenty. Why is it so that many are lonely without their partner or those around them knowing what is going on remain a big question looking and begging for answer. For some people it's because their partner is not body present and that they are not receiving the needed attention even when he/she try to take care of them or provide all they ever needed.
For some others it is because they lost that all important thing that gives them joy in Life, this ranges from the last of a friend, a family member or one who they draw strength and inspiration from. When this happens to one he/she feels that the world has come down on him and this is nothing else to do but just to end it up.
Depression is one silent killer that has taken the Life of many people which includes the old and the young and will continue if we can't get in control of our emotions and our life's guide our hearts and try to be of help to those who are in that of mental health and try to seek out ways to bring them out of those state.
When you are alone thing will get to you that should not have gotten to you, it get more dangerous that disheartening when you think you have people who will come to your aid at that point but you can't anyone. All you need to do is to work on yourself and believe that you are not alone and that help is on the way which surely you are going to get. Been down don't make you feel out but an amazing opportunity to get back up bigger, better and stronger. Even the holy books told us that in this life there will be many issues and troubles but all we need is to say to ourselves am bigger than this things am passing through not for any of us to go ahead to take his/her life for no just course.
As we move towards our end of out journey in life note that you are not alone even if it's death because a friend is just there waiting to assist you with all you need if only you could just ask or reach out for help. The help we seek in Life is place in the hands of man, this men are closer to us then we can imagine. Many do not need you to show appreciation for they have done why because they are planted like seeds from the beginning..
As young people and as youth we should learn how to show love and reach out to people. If we don't do so it will be hard to discover those who are in need. Some problem are solved just my a moment of heart to heart discussion.
I will leave us all with this question that says" What happened when you are alone? If I am alone and lonely what should I do? This life is full of troubles when will this troubles end?

CONCLUSION

As I said last time this article is aim at changing and building a new world where Young man and women who have the burning feeling and well to make and cause a massive change in this world can once again stay with people who can be helpful to themselves and to others around them.
