Weekly Power up Project for @citycuratorph.

This is the second week of the city curator power-up project. Although there was no report for the first week due to some challenges but I think it has been resolved. So this second week report will contain also the first one.

A quick reminder about the project, the city curator or @citycuratorph account is a project that lies on the better future of it's members, to support it's members when its time to do so. The only way such vision can be attained is through the cooperation of its members. The members are on agreement to delegate at least 5 steem every week, which these token will be powered up by the city coordinator.
