The best community on steemit award. STEEMALIVE all the way.

There are over 100 communities on steemit. Every community created was for a particular purpose, and since the amount of steem required to create one is not enormous, many people sprang up with ideas and created their own group to facilitate the growth of the steemit platform, but how many communities are doing exceptionally great amongst all the listed communities on the steemit page

Well, many communities are doing a magnificent job. I can count over 20 that I’ve seen making an impact by their engagement with the community posters and beyond. To say the fact, it’s quite hard for me to pick one because I have 3 communities in mind that can be considered the best, but there is always a winner in every race. I thereby ended up picking one after scrutinizing and balancing some arithmetic

Steem Alive was created 5 months ago with the sole aim of uniting steemian by having an organized group and community with a defined goal and objectives. It started with only six united and dedicated members that have the zeal to drive their passion into making an enormous world starting from scratch. When the journey began, they recruited 14 members in two weeks, and that marks the genesis of the strong existence of STEEMALIVE

When the community began to make waves, many people started joining. But the question is; Why would people start trooping in within a short period? My short answer is this

Good Leaders have one thing in common, and that is discipline. Any leader that can’t live by his words is not worthy. When I went through the Steem Alive Community Introduction post, it overwhelmed me. Not because of the content on its own, but because it has accomplished, some of what was written, and the community is moving towards the direction set in the introduction. I think that’s a big focus. No wonder the name of the founder is @focusnow. He chooses that name carefully, and it tells well on him and the community

If there is one thing that the SteemAlive group as a whole preach, all the time, It’s posting quality content. The emphasis on making good posts is always the order of the day. The community makes sure that the kind of content that would be entertained must be up to par. Giving tips on how to use markdown and align content is a special lecture given via WhatsApp to make contributors’ work look neat and enticing. Many contributors on SteemAlive has won several challenges, which implies that the community is producing excellent contributors to the steem ecosystem

One of the things that made the community stand out is the daily engagement of its members. The only thing that gives life to any community is the constant usage and traffic. The LID Report has driven engagement to a higher level in the community. The daily diary is also moving at a steady rate, and the weekly contest has never been stopped for any reason

When I was growing up with my siblings, my mum do tell me to sweep outside the compound, while my elder sister tidy the inside, and the youngest of us clean the dishes. As we are all working on different roles, mum is in the kitchen preparing our breakfast, and as soon as we are through, we take our bath and the table is set. We all worked hand in hand every day. When I got to secondary school and I was taught DIVISION OF LABOUR in economics, I then realized that everything we’ve been doing at home is a division of labor. The benefit is unquantifiable.

The steem Alive community has different roles for some prominent members, which have made the community members more coordinated. There are representatives for each state of the federation that sees to the affairs of every member from different locations. Lagos, Abuja, Abia, and so on have coordinators working with the founder to make sure things are in shape. The division of work makes the founder carry less burden as there are people around him working for the community. The members are the pillar of any community, and this is what the SteemAlive community has refused to joke with. While the leader is busy working on other things, the coordinators are attending to people and making things go as expected. The teamwork in SteemAlive is super
