Hello steemians,

I bring us greetings from this part of the world, Umuahia in Nigeria to be precise.

It's quite a pleasure to streamline the engagements of my city members to our perusal in consonant to the situational demand.

STRATEGY AND EFFORT

Notwithstanding, I have been working assiduously to put the best possible strategy and diplomacy on ground to canvass the steemit philosophy and ideology to those within and out of my reach to see that it's existence is not extirpated within my empire as a coordinator.

Nevertheless, the WhatsApp medium has been the major backbone to my recruiting strategy, as people who sees most of my profile steemit attachment gets fascinated to see for them selves what the system has as an offer.

On the other hand, a one on one meeting with friends and colleagues has also added value to the progress of my community Umuahia Steemalive.

MODE OF ASSISTANCE

Despite the city WhatsApp group page, it has been difficult for most of the members to ask certain questions on the group stage, rather they imply their discrepancies on a direct bases using direct messages, while I help them out using every possible medium, as it's what am called up for.

Currently, I use our room in the school Hostel for tutorship and mentorship, since am living there for now and it's easier for me since virtually everyone in the room is a STEEMIAN persay.

OUR CHALLENGES
As we all know that voting in the system is not a progressively consistent occurring activity, on this regard most of my community members complain on the issue of expired voteless post, which is a great upheaval although not just to my city members but to the entire system at large as many whom I engaged has decided to engage in contests hosted by communities like cryptoacademy than wasting their data writing without any positive outcome. But on the other hand, I have advised them them that persistency is the key and not intermittency.

nevertheless, we have been able to make some reasonable progress since our inception, and approval to operate as a community, God has been multiplying and strengthening us despite our outside system engagements that has deterred most of us at the moment.
