Hello big family, this is my report that entails every detail done by the port harcourt road show team to bring onboard more steemians into the steemit family and also broaden the @steemalive horizon.

INTRODUCTION

After a long and exhausting week, we at Port Harcourt city decided to hit the road once again in search for new steemians. It hasn't been an easy experience due to the fact that we just kick started our road show three saturdays ago so adapting to the atmosphere is like playing a soccer game with a stronger opponent.
As usual, we arrived at the meeting junction which is choba junction near everyday supermarket, some were late, so those that went early have to wait for others.

Below is a summary of all that happened after we all met.

ROAD SHOW AT ABUJA CAMPUS

In the university of port harcourt, ABUJA CAMPUS is know to be the best and busiest even on a Saturday due to the fact that it houses almost all the faculties in the school and also has hostels for students. For this reason, we decided to continue with this particular campus because we'll find more students there than any other campus in the school.

At first, we moved as a group strolling down the work way in search for a better place to start the road show.

Finally we kick started the road at OFRIMA BUILDING.

MY PERSONAL EFFORT

As we got to OFRIMA BUILDING, immediately I worked up to retailer who sells kiosk in the name of @dennis99. I walked up to him, we exchanged pleasantries. I requested for an audience and he permitted me.
Steemit was a very strange name to his ear so I had to do a very big work in letting him understand the concept of STEEMIT and also did a very good job in making him see the betters steemit can offer him.
I was assisted by my able city coordinator in the person of @prolee.

After a long explanation, he decided to give it a try. I created the account for him, safeguarded his keys and also guided him in writing his achievement 1 post.

Knowing the complications involved in been a newbie in steemit, we decided to help them dodge the bullet by creating a whatsapp group chat to lecture them on how to write and survive the steemit ecosystem, and also entertain questions asked by them.

REFRESHMENT

After a long and stressful roadshow, our every working city coordinator and moderator in the name of @prolee and @ninapenda decided to stop the rumbling in our stomach by taking us to a bole joint at choba campus.

After the refreshment we all headed back to our various abodes and continued in the night around 8pm. (Basically on lecturing the newbies about the platform)
