My city is Uyo town, the capital of Akwa Ibom state, southeastern Nigeria. My city has a brewery and a textile mill. There are so many beautiful places in my city you would like to visit when you come to my city.

I'm an indigene of Akwa Ibom state, Ikot Abasi Local government area(L.G.A) precisely. So after graduating from school, I came to Uyo, my city to find greeners pastures. So I have been in my city for some years now.

I like where i stay, i like what I'm doing so i don't think anything will make me leave my city so soon. The reason is that the population here enables me to engage in some business that brings food to my table. The traffic is not congested, the environment is conducive.

Even if i'm given the choice, i wouldn't leave my city because I choose to reside here. My family (siblings) is relocating to Uyo based on their work schedule, so I'm not leaving.

I know you are interested already to come over to Uyo, so should in case you want to visit me, you can use Akwa Ibom Transport Company, it is the busiest bus terminal. It travels to all the states in the country.

Don't bother buying things from your city down here, we have a very big market.
In my city, the biggest market is Akpan Andem markert, it is located at Udomana street, by 2lanes, Uyo. What3word It is a daily market where you can buy anything you need from food stuffs, clothing's, kitchen utensils, shoes, bags, building materials etc. at affordable prices. The market has gate so security is tight.

There are lots of hotels in my city but I will advice a tourist to lodge at Luton park hotels. The environment is serene, there is a small bar, swimming pool, restaurant avaible, free WiFi, parking space, laundry facilities, their rooms is spacious and comfortable. It is located by Udodoma, Uyo. What3word
