INTRODUCTION

I am most excited to be part of thai steemit 2021 award,I have observed a few personalities here on steemit.

who have been so consistent and influencial and seeing the great display of leadership in them,I will have to say that they are more that consistent in their activities on the steemit platform.

ranging from making post to organizing contest to promotion of steem,to mentoring and guiding newbies on steem,to voting and verification of Achievement task.

the person I am about to nominate for me have been very faithful to making steemit their business plug.

they have recruited a large number of newbies and this people are doing a very great job by making sure other newbies are recruited as they make progress on the platform.

Having gone through some time of researching and observation I have decided to nominate the following person for the following position.

Excellence is a quality that is so scarce In our today life and for me excellence is a person and that is @ngoenyi.

I believe she is a very influencial, exciting, impactful writter,her ability to make sure her post are content packed, exciting and also a thing of joy to go through her content.

she is indeed a good example and I believe she should be followed,I encourage every young lady to follow and take after her.

I have not met her physically but she seems more like straight to the point person,a business inclined woman,who seek the growth of others

I nominate her because she is very excellent all the time,she promotes steem and we can see that so evidential,she is just the best.

I will like to say he is the people's man,one of the quality of a good leader is ability to carry people along and I know this is what this man's life is all about @focusnow

He is a legendary leader,he is to be likened to a tree planted by the river side always bearing fruit.

He is the most vision filled leaders I have meet on steemit.

As an admin in steemalive community he makes the highest number of post in the community and he is always encouraging us members to do same.

he is interested in the growth and progress of the general steemit as a platform and that of individuals also.

In promotion steem he started the roadshow,he has also invented alongside #sel aimed at boasting community engagement among steemians.

In nominating the best community,I have chosen steemalive a home community for all steemians.

steemalive has recruited over 6000 newbies on steemit, and must be recognized for that,every week steemalive community recruits nothing less that 20 to 40 newbies to steemit,which I am yet to see in any other community.

steemalive has organize countless number of contest to encourage members of the community,the list and Achievement is indeed endless.
