The passion and drive we put into a course is a message of how important that course is to us. Hardwork, dedication and commitment are the virtues of a good leader, and when you see one, you just have to acknowledge and honor their sacrifice. Such a worthy contributor I have encountered is @focusnow. Therefore I am nominating @focusnow as the best contributor
A visionary leader: A community is a place where everyone have a sense of dignity, self-worth, love, unity and sees everyone as a family so much so that all their effort can be geared towards achieving a common goal. But this goals cannot be achieved without a visionary leader who has been able to birth forth this great goals to be achieved. @focusnow has proven over time within the short period @steemalive was established to be a visionary leader. @steemalive has a number of 1,300+ subcribers.
Through his visionary goals, we beat the 1,000 subcribers goal, we are hitting above 120+ members in the curation trial and steemalive on the 5th position in ranking. Still he has outlined the target and goal of 2021 which is in progress already. On 1st January, 2021 the fur friends community was launched. Which is a community of pet lovers.
- Recruitment: @focusnow is a genius in what he does. We have new recruits every day courtsey of @focusnow. The drive and passion he has to advance steemit beyond boundaries is
contagious. He is hardworking and industrious. I am always motivated by his passion and determination to tell people about steemit.
- Training and Seminars: @focusnow has engulfed himself in trainings and seminars through which he introduce steemit and get people registered. The community has not failed to welcome newbie any day.
- Mentoring: This is just part of his lifestyle. He loves to train and mentor members to the top without any sentiment. I was not registered under him, but he responds to any of my questions. He has been a guide any time I have any Confusion as a newbie. Thank you @focusnow
- Contest: @focusnow has been creative in bringing up intelligent and inspiring contest through the @steemalive community. One contest I love so much amongst other was the contest about why our mum is the best. While he later balanced it by bringing up that of our Dad. It gave us the opportunity to appreciate our parents for their tireless efforts towards our growth and accomplishment.
- Motivation, Encouragement and Support: @focusnow is a sincere leader. A leader with love towards the led. It takes a leader with these attributes and many more to always feel the pains of the led. He has encouraged lots of members on the verge of giving up on steemit. He has motivated, encourage and supported it's members with giveaways and bonuses of Steem, and even data of which I am a beneficiary.
With these reasons, I believe @focusnow is qualified to be nominated as the best contributor on the STEEMIT ecosystem.
