Anxiety
Humans are social creatures. Anxiety is inextricably linked with human life. There are very few people who do not have worries. Anxiety enters us through many things in our walk and work.Because of the stress, a lot of the time there is anxiety and it takes on a very difficult horrible shape in our lives. It is very difficult for people to walk with anxiety.
Here are some ways to reduce stress and get rid of anxiety.
The reality has to be accepted
This is the reality of what happens in life. You have to be realistic. If you have been hoping for something, maybe that hope is shattered. You can't be disappointed with it. What happened if it didn't work? This is the reality. It is not right to expect all the work that you will do. When any hope is shattered, we become anxious. Again, if a loved one dies, if he gets sick, if there is an accident, he will not break down with these. Man is mortal. It is normal for people to die, accidents will happen in people's lives. These have to be accepted simply. Must face reality. So accept the reality and stay free from worries.
Keep yourself busy in the middle of work
Keep yourself busy in any good work. Work towards creating something new. If you don't do anything, your body will break down. I don't think anything else can be done by me. It causes anxiety. Meditation

The body's resistance to disease increases, the brain is refreshed, the power of thinking increases. So if you meditate, your worries will be reduced a lot.
Mistakes must be accepted
People are just wrong. There is no need to regret it. There is no human being who is not wrong at times. You may have suffered a lot because of a mistake, you have to accept that mistake. If you focus on that mistake, think about it all day long. Then your worries will increase a lot. So accept who is wrong. Be careful not to make less mistakes in the future.
Stay free from caffeine
Avoid foods that contain caffeine. Caffeine stimulates our body. Quit the habit of drinking tea or coffee. Drink as much tea-coffee as you can. Because tea and coffee have a lot of caffeine. Drinking too much tea-coffee also causes a slight loss of sleep.
Hang out with friends
Living alone causes a lot of annoyance. To alleviate this annoyance, share your words with your friends. Tell the story. Express your thoughts. This will reduce your stress and anxiety a lot. So hang out with friends.
Follow the daily routine
Many times it is seen that due to not working, many of our works are accumulated together. This makes us very anxious. So make a routine. Divide the work into smaller parts so that you don't feel like you have a lot of work left. If you create a work routine every day, you will find that your work is much easier and done. Start working according to routine. Anxiety will decrease.
Smile more openly
Recent research has shown that laughter greatly reduces anxiety. Try to stay cheerful on behalf of the can. Things that make you smile. Do those things. Smile a lot more. Laughing will make your hard work better.
Keep a diary
Keep a diary. Because of writing a diary every day, every page of the diary will express your thoughts and what do you want to do in the future? He will also make a plan. This will reduce your anxiety a lot. You can also write a dairy blog. Diary blog is a good job. By doing this, you can learn something online.
Get enough sleep
Right now the tendency among us not to sleep is not to sleep peacefully. You need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night to stay healthy. And this time we need to sleep together and in peace. You need more sleep than time. If you do not sleep, there is a lot of damage to health and the mood is not good. The daily routine cannot be followed because the mind is not good. This does not complete our daily work. In order not to finish the work, a sadness is created between us. The head fills with anxiety. If we don't sleep well, we will have worries. So it is very important to sleep peacefully.
You need an environment to sleep peacefully. Adequate light, air and noise-free environment are required wherever you sleep. This will make your sleep better. No matter how many hours you sleep, you will sleep peacefully.
