Behind every successful organization, there's a team of hardworking leaders who meticulously and consistently coordinate the activities of its members in light of laid down rules and modus operandi which enables the organization to head towards the right direction!.

My post is clearly centred on the nomination of the most capable and hardworking content creators and leaders on the steemit platform. The nomination has been categorized into the following criterias which i will be picking a community member for each criteria whom i have been convinced by their efforts and i seem necessary to receive the respective awards.

She is a Woman of steel! I mean it when I say so. She's one with reputable records to reckon with on the steemit platform. She's a prolific author, content creator and administrator!

Her ability to maintain a top notch class in every of her approach to content creation, meaningful engagement in commenting and rendering helpful suggestions to newbies is second to non. She is one to reckon with. Her relentless efforts in contribution to a better steemit platform is immense!

I first came across her when was about a week old on the steemit platform when she nicely engaged in my post, commenting on how I should have rightly posted a content which I naively and wrongly posted, to the right community. I quickly thanked her and then I did the needful!

She deserves the best author award for her effective contributions to the platform in terms quality content creation and skilled content engagement prowess.

A trailblazer is what i have known him to be. He is someone who sees nothing else than contributing to the effective and positive growth of the @steemalive community in all areas. He has and is still contributing immensely to the growth of the community by delegating executable duties and tasks to his coordinators that are answerable to him.

I got to know him two of my friends and fellow Corp members @kingreechy & @peterabagi who has been working closely with him and can attest to his dynamic personality

@focusnow has been able to conduct and is still conducting wonderful and effective contests with creative contents that helps to promote the steemalive community.

As the admin of steemalive community, he makes the highest number of votes and always motivates us all to make quality posts in the community!

Steemalive community has contributed a whole lot of quota to my reputation and awareness to my steemit journey. When i joined steemit and was privileged to subscribe to the steemalive community, I was able to get tangible information and knowledge from experienced already grounded in the platform and are active members of the community.

I applied all i learnt from members who were here before and I applied every thing I was taught which gave me an advantage in building my reputation on the platform and also got to know a lot of things from the community. It is easy to say that attractive community gives everyone an opportunity to create quality contents and promotional works that helps take the platform to every nook and cranny.
