Good day friends. How are we? Sure we are good with the goodies from SteemAlive. Today, I want to complete my write up on the health benefits of drinking water first thing in the morning . That is drinking up to 1.5 liters or more of water upon waking up from sleep in the morning.

Introduction

I believe this universal truth about water.
"Not only are our bodies comprised of 70% water, but so is the earth and almost every other living thing on earth." Here below are the goodies from water therapy.

It Improves Immunity:

The cleansing effect of water therapy fine-tunes the lymphatic system. Thus, bacteria and fungi will not fine their way there. This process boost the immune system, thereby helping us to fall sick less often.

For Body Lubrication:

Water serves as a lubricant to the joints, thereby eliminating aches and pains in this parts of the body. It is also an important element of the body lubricating fluids like saliva, gastric, intestinal, respiratory and urinary mucus. It helps
them to maintain their wetness instead of being dry, enhancing their functions.

It Helps to Prevent Kidney Stone Formation:

Drinking a lot of water especially in the morning help to flush out stones formed in the kidney, and as well prevent bladder infections and other illnesses associated with the bladder and the uriary tract.

It keeps the Hair Lush and Long:

Do you know that our hair contains 1/4 % of water? Those water-soluble vitamins requires water to carry them from the disgestive system to other organs of the body. Keeping up with water therapy will help supply these vitamins to the hair. As a result, your hair grow with the normal color and also grow long.

Conclusion

With the above reasons, I have made it a never-failing habit - taking my water immediately after my thank you prayer. So, my fellow Steemians, may we muster up that courage to engage in this morning ritual whether
