HELLO AMAZING MEMBERS OF STEEMALIVE!

welcome to my blog how has your weekend been, I hope you enjoy it to the full! Mine was awesome and it's my delight to report to you all how the steem road show went in Uyo city.

THE ROAD

When we left for the show

It was the 7th Day and the 7th week for the show since it was initiated, I'm glad that I've been able to participate in all the road show since its initiation. It's always amazing and fun promoting steem in groups. All of us used to anticipate Fridays road show and as Always the show was successful!.
This week location for the show was Ibom metropolitan Polytechnic Uyo Akwa Ibom State we met at Uyo Steemit office before we all left to the venue for the show.

The school

When we alighted the venue for the show, we spotted some a group of students at the school pavilion discussing, so we approach and introduce Steemit to them.

At first it sounded to them as something that is too good to be true, but I don't blame them because that's what I felt the first time I heard about steemit. But with strong conviction they were convince and signed up immediately. This are their usernames:

We help them to set up their profiles and some even write their achievement 1 task.

I left them around 2:30pm to pick my kids from school, so they later went and refreshed themselves as you can see below before they departed to their various destination.

CONCLUSION:

The steem road show is definitely a great way of creating Steem awareness in various locations, this is my city but I wasn't aware of this polytechnic if not for this show. I urge everyone to support this project its creating a positive impact already and it will continue to create public awareness for this wonderful platform! We don't have to be discouraged whether people responded favourably to us or not, we just have to promote steem, with time majority will come to learn about steemit!!!. Thanks for going through. This is my report.

Amazing effort by you @goodybest. Your efforts with the Uyo team is really remarkable. Am very optimistic the students will pick up and take Steemit serious. It will help them a lot in their academic work. Have some of them started making their introduction post?
