In mathematics the Pythagorean theorem , or Pythagoras theorem, is a fundermental relation in Euclidean geometry among the three sides of a right angled triangle.It states that the square of the hypotenuse side is equal to the sum of the squares of the two other sides.It is strictly applicable on right angled triangles.Below is a diagramatic representation of the aforestated:
