Engagement:Why is it important now than before?

When I talk about engagement, I want to you to think beyond marriage engagement, engagement is to keep an appointment, to agree on something, to be committed for your Job, business, interview, to be busy with what you know how to do it well and at the same time it is profitable, now let's see why engagement is more important now than before.

We have engagement in busineses and on blogging, people who advertise on social media platform knows what we call lead, traffic to your page, how do you do it, you do it by engaging in other people post and post regularly on your page or website, you need to reply to all the comment that people drop under your post, you need to be active Morning, afternoon evening and midnight to keep your page busy, you need to post regularly so as to engage your readers.

When you are active in Writing and replying to their complain or their observation, you engaged them, they will always come to your blog to see what you have, in that way you build for yourself a large customers but if you are not active maybe many people did not visit your page when started and because of it you stop posting or commenting, you will see that you will loose few that have been coming to your blog.

In normal engagement of marriage, it can last 18 months or as long as you want it, but on social media platform, engagement is a daily activity, you always hear people say that a close mouth is a closed destiny, what does it mean? It means that if you stop being active you will loose all your followers or all your customers that is how important engagement is to you as a blogger or as a business Man.

There is this adege in my language, it said: Ahubeghi ndị kwu ọtọ ma ya foduzie onye noduru ala. we have not see people who are standing let alone those siting down.

Now let's go to our Facebook page, i am in my page, are you in your page too, okay check people you commented on their post, like and share, have you checked them, who are they? Those that like your post last year or those that just like your post? Puase a little and meditate over it, i am giving you 5 minutes to do that.

Do you noticed that you engage more regular on post of those friends who are active posting daily and they are active commenting on your own too, that is exactly what we are saying. Do you get the point now?. If you are willing let us go to your steemit page now, when last did you comment on people post, today, yesterday, last week, okay how many people commented on your own too, you know what in life there is no cheating, what ever you give to life, that is exactly what life will give you.

In business you are like a farmer not a Gambler, if you plant good seed and took very good care of it, you will reep bountifully but if you try to cheat the ground by planting anything you see, when the time reach to harvest you are the one to cry and complain.

One may ask ready for what? Are you ready to join engagement challenge that is ongoing on steemit? The more you write quality post, the more you attract readers to your blog, the more you engage the more people engage with you, consistency, focus, action will help you to achieve your goals.
