It is nice to share with you again how our weekly training went, it was successful and 3 newbies came and asked a lot of question that bothered them, I answered all the question using the frequently asked questions on steemit, it is a helpful tool for both old and new Steemiains, now let's go to the questions they asked and how i answered all.

You know on Facebook or whatsapp, we have share which means sharing something with another person so on steemit it known as resteeming or reblogging. When you resteemed another person post, it will appear on your blog, when your followers come to your blog, they will see that same post you have resteemed.

I told the to check on contest rules, they will notice that the community will ask participants to resteem the contest because the want more people to see it and participate. I also told them they should not bore their followers with much post so is not every Post that they should resteem.

From the tool, i helped him and others to see that is not all down vote that have effect on your earning. Since down vote reduces reputation and reward, this will only have effect if the person sp is more than that of person who voted you first and if another person with higher sp vote the same account the down vote will not have effect.

I pointed out to him things he need to avoid so that steemit team will not down vote him, I also helped him to know how to build reputation and why high reputation matters on steemit.

@preciouseffiong is a newbie that want to know much about steemit though busy as a student, to help her to know how to power up i thought her achievement2 task and encourage her to write it so that she will know how to power up and how to transfer steem token to another user.

I went on to explain to her that steem power gives influence on steemit and at the same time you can support everyone post on steemit. So powering up steem earn us curators reward, it is like fix deposit and it mine more sp for you. Our training was fun and easy to understand that day and i have assigned all of them read all the questions there and get answers for themselves.
