It was a thing of joy to be in this great family of steemit where knowledge and information flows daily, as a term coordinator I noticed that many of my team members do not read some update in the community especially the update from steemitblog, are no longer in #club5050,75 and 100, many of us also have health challenge and we didn't support them well also many do not set beneficiary to support community account, going through this I saw the need to have urgent meeting with the leaders of for us to continue to do well on steemit, please follow up as I penn down what happened on 26/01/2022💃

THINGS WE DISCUSSED DURING THE MEETING

• STEEMIT TEAM UPDATE: We discussed the importance of reading steemitblog update that this will help us to follow and understand what is going on in steemit blockchain, we reread the post made by steemitblog about how curators will work from February 1st 2020 link we now helped each other to understand it very well and we will support those curators by making quality post, to be creative etc.

• CRYPTOACCADEMY UPDATE : In few weeks time season 6 of cryptoaccademy will resume and steemitblog is recruiting more professors, what should we do to ba an active member of cryptoaccademy link since we are not qualified to apply as professors, we can reach out to crypto users with this update for them to know that there is a platform where they can learn more about crypto and in time become cryptoaccademy professors, many of them can join steemit, reading update is very very important to us now and I encouraged all of them to always check for update get the link and drop it in our training group so everyone of us can read it.

• STEEMALIVE COMMUNITY UPDATE : It is the update that will help us to know how to grow on steemit, for example in steemalive we have update it will help you to know where to drop newbie link under the newbie tracker post, where to drop all4one link, how to delegate to community account, and the progress of the community etc.

• ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CLUB STATUS : Last week many of my team members left club5050 unknowingly simple because they were not following community update yes few days ago @steemalive made a post on how to check club status and why you should check it regularly but still many did not check so during the meeting we emphasized the need to check it regularly.

• ASSISTING OUR TEAM MEMBERS FACING HEALTH CHALLENGE : Recently some of our team members are suffering health challenge but we could not assist them very well so yesterday we discussed how to set some percentage to our team account, @goal-getters so that when there is need we take out something from the account to support our team members and all of accepted it, we also discussed how to make our Promotion more enjoyable this year than 2021 Promotion.

• BUILDING OUR STEEM POWER : There is need to build our steem power no matter how little our steem is, I encouraged all of them to give steemit there best and at the same time buy steem with their fiat currency, all of us agreed to participate very well in community contest and help each one is to participate, many of us was giving some responsibility in the team, @nsikakedem and @prudent85 was signed to always update team members to check on team members and tell us how they are doing @chichieze and @mesola to update us on contest, @akpan and @theresavic on lid, @christybless and @anitaking were assigned to keep our training group hot always.

Powering up my steem have helped me to achieve #clubdolphin and I always encourage my team members to do the same, many of them are even doing power up more than me, I am looking forward to see the day this great 9 leaders and many that will join steemit in our team will join #clubdolphin, I appreciate the curators who have been supporting our post in so many ways, we love you our outstanding community steemalive and will continue to be active members of steemit, please check the screenshot below for the power up.
