Introduction

Hello everyone, how are you doing, I am your friend @ijelady, am here to share with you some health benefits of exercise. You will also see how I was last month March 2022 and how I am now this month of April 2022. For one to achieve good health 3 things now involved; diet, exercise and quality Sleep. We can't do with it so let's share the information together.

It can make you feel happier(exercise)

When it comes to hormones in the body, we have 8 major hormones and the master of all this hormones is called Human Growth Hormone(HGH). It is a hormone that releases in the body when when we are in deep sleep or when we do intensive exercise. When that happens, the liver will absorb it and send signal to other parts of the body, that is when Insulin Growth-like Factor(IGF) will take it to all parts of the body to repair itself. HGH controls your mood so when you do exercise, it stimulate the mood and make you happier.

Exercise can help with weight loss plus good diet.

Exercise can help you lose weight if you do it regularly with good diet, remember diet is 80% while exercise is 10% when it comes to healthyliving, if you eat too much of calories that you can not burn you will still be over weight even when you are doing intensive exercise. Let me tell you where exercise play big role in loosing weight, you know when you are on diet, you don't take in much calories again and this affect metabolic rate which slow down weight loss, but when you exercise regularly it will help the metabolic rate to speed up fat burning.

Your muscles and bones are more healthy when you do exercise

When you do exercise and take adequate protein it helps to build the hormones that builds the muscle, you know protein serves as building blocks of the body,

exercise also helps release hormones that promote your muscles’ ability to absorb amino acids. With this it helps them grow and reduces their breakdown.learn more on exercise

Increase your energy levels with exercise

Anyone who is good in doing exercise now will agree with me that when he started it newly, he gets tired easily, that is why many give up in their first 4 weeks, but if you keep on doing it you will notice that your energy level is increasing that is why you can stay longer now in doing exercise than before.

Do you know that exercise can promote a better sex life?

Exercise can also improve sexual performance and sexual pleasure and at the same time increase sexual urge especially for women who have entered menopause, and as for Men who are now experiencing andropause. Exercising for at least 2 and half hour every week for a period of 6 months will improve erectile function in Men.

You can reduce your risk of chronic disease through exercise

Yes it can reduce it. Take for example, apart from fruits in treatment of indigestion, another best treatment is exercise. Your Doctor will tell you to take a walk after eating, why? So that it will help the digestive system to digest the food before you go to bed. What of somebody that is suffering from diabetis type 2, knowing too well that insulin is a hormone that secrets from the liver will move you to exercise so that the body can break stored sugar and calories. Health problems like cancer, indigestion, diabetics type 2, cardiovascular problem can be prevented by regular exercise.

Boost your brain health and memory with exercise

When you are doing exercises, it affects the pumping power which is the heart. You breathe so high, at that point blood circulation is sure. It will be easy for the blood to flow to the brain. Exercise also enhance the good memory.

Exercising regularly can reduce pain

Are you suffering from waist pain, neck pain, black pain, joint pain, try exercise, for the first 3 days, the pain will increase, you will feel discouraged but don't give up, if you continue to do it without pain killer, you will see the pain will gradually leave you.

Conclusion

For those that want to lose weight, do exercise at least 5 times in a week and those that want to maintain their weight 3 times weekly, as you exercise, eat fruits, eat protein, listen to your body, don't push yourself hard than your will carry, you can watch how I do my own to keep fit all the time.

Is good to exercise daily, you look very smart and I can see you have lose some weight as well

It is not an easy task but because good health is involve, I have to do it regularly as prevention is better than cure

Weldon ma, this is a huge tutorial we must do exercise, even God in the Bible tells us "excercise profits a little" that's to say God supports it, we should be playing like Children to live healthy and happy, so let's do it. Thanks mama for your efforts.

I so much love exercises but I haven't engaged in it for some time now.

This is very true, I have noticed it. Endurance will help to strive and continue till the pains are gone entirely.
