My Town In Ten Pics - Port Harcourt City [Saturday, January 30, 2021]

Hello steemit community, I'm glad to share with you all my third entry in the my-town-in-ten-pics challenge.

This entry explains my town with ten selected pictures. I currently reside in Port Harcourt and I will be revealing what this city looks like.

1. Rumuosi-Ozuoba Road

This is a paved road linking two communities in my area. The two communities are Rumuosi and Ozuoba communities in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers state.

2. Ozuoba Junction

This is a popular junction in Ozuoba community in my city Port Harcourt. It is a meeting point of some important roads in the city.

3. Rumuokparali Junction

This is another popular junction in Ozuoba community. It's the point where the road leading to a prominent high school in my area meets Ozuoba road. In other words, it's a key point in the route to the high school. The high school is - Deeper Life High School

4. East-West Road

This road is a very important road in my country, not just in my city. The University of Port Harcourt is along this road.

5. Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Port Harcourt.

This is the department of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Port Harcourt. It's their old building, they now have a new building on another campus of the school.

6. A business center inside the University of Port Harcourt

This is a business center inside the University of Port Harcourt. they offer relatively cheap prices and they're my first stop for the printing of materials. The business center is located inside a now demolished Kwame Nkurumah hostel

7. Engineering drawing Studio

This is the Engineering drawing studio of the University of Port Harcourt. It's a very large building with tables fitted with drawing boards.

8. The University of Port Harcourt Engineering Workshop

This is the school's Engineering workshop. many engineering practicals are done here.

This is Rumuosi junction by Ozuoba. It's along rumuokwuta road, Port Harcourt.

10. A Shopping Plaza at Ozuoba Junction

This is a shopping plaza at Ozuoba junction. There is a boutique located in this plaza, as well as a food supplies store.
