Travelling has never been a hubby to me. I like going to new places but the travel stress is never fun to me, especially if the travel is by road.
I had to council a lot of appointment because of the stress in moving around.
Well until I have my own car, I would be able to tell the source of the stress.

I should have travelled 10th which was yesterday but because of the sit at home order in the east, I had to move my trip to today.

As usual I could not sleep because of the anxiety of travelling. I woke up 5 times during the night checking the time not to miss my bus by 7.00am.

Finally when i woke up by for the last time it was 5am, i decided to do a last min checking, after I went to bath and get dressed. By 6:30am I was ready and headed straight to the park.

I decided to travel with G U O transport Company, for the following reasons.

  • one of the reason why I decided to travel with this company is because they have a well organised terminal in Owerri incase we arrive very late you would be safe, without the fear of dealing with touts that usually tag and stay in most transport companies in owerri.

  • Second reason is it affordable about 3.5 SBD. Compered to God is Good wich is another good Transport Company (4.5sbd)

  • thirdly It's easy for me to access from my house. It is not hidden. They have there pack at Alaba International Market. Just along the road not hard to find.

Our bus left the park by 7:30am and as usual we payed homage to the god of traffic in lagos and we had our share of lagos tracfic 😀.
We finnally left lagos by 10am.

The next stop was at ore where we eat and also used the convinience.

After eating we continued our Journey and was held i. Traffic for hours coupled with the countless security check points.

Finally when the road was a bit free our car spoilt before benin by pass.

That one took another 2 hours to be fixed and we got to onisha by we got to onisha it was already 9:30pm and the driver informed us that he can't continue.
According to him, it is not safe to travel to owerri
this night.

We had to get a mat and pass the night with no food to buy any where or even a change of cloth.
