Annual award is always done in every society, group or community. This is done to encourage the hard work of members in the community. I must say a big thank you to @steemitblog for having her community members at heart at this end of 2021. Here are my nominations for Best author, Best contributor to community and Best Community.
When we look at the area of Promotion, mentorship and encouragement of beginners on the steemit platform, @ngoenyi is recommended and rated as the best.
I am very pleased with her efforts in carrying this community to the sky as the County Representative from Nigeria.
Earlier this year when I joined Steemit, @ngoenyi was my coordinator, mentoring and encouraging me to move on. Becoming a member of Uyo Zone was great because of the work she does. Immidiately I was posted to Abia state for my service, I can still remembered the first post I made and she quickly charts me up that I should include Aba South stating that I was newly posted here for my one year service in order for the post to be curated.
She is up and doing and follow up all her members to make sure that all are doing well. The next week around April she charted me up and said she is sending my information to the Aba coordinator @samuel20, and this was how I joined the Aba zone.
Her post are always properly arranged and this gives the newbies an inside on how to write/create, source and formate a post. Today those whom she has mentored have also recruited others and this has help in building the steemit community at large.
The first time I know @focusnow was during our Telegram class because of his wealth of knowledge. I must say that you are a good mentor because when I joined Steemit, I never new the inside untill I joined the Telegram meeting always held a 8:00pm.
When it's time for you to lecture, I don't allow anything to distract me. This is because of the inside you have in building and encouraging members on the platform. The first time I met you in Steemalive office at Aba zone, I was pleased for your encouragement. As the Founder and Admin of Steemalive community, I sincerely appreciate your efforts in all the activities that you have engaged and encouraged in bring Steemalive this far. I must say that you have done well and greater will you do in future to come.
Amongst all the communities, I have found Steemalive as the best community because of her mentorship and recruitment of newbies and equally encouraging them the move forward. This has been the priority of all Steemalive members in order to building a larger community in the nearest future.
Because of the love it has for her members, it uses Curation Trail to connect members account for easy reward when it votes and this is a means of encouragement to its members.
In conclusion, Steemit Award for 2021 is a very important for encouraging old and new member to do more on the platform. These are my nomination.
