Hello everyone, my name is Kalu Richard and I'm here 5o share with u some of the amazing sights sounds and attraction that makes Owerri a beautiful place. Owerri located in the Southeastern part of Nigeria is known for its easy going lifestyle it's beautiful girls and the never ending parties in Owerri. It is regarded as the home of partying especially for part lovers. People come here from all over Nigeria to party have fun and mingle with beautiful girl's. Here are some of the fun attraction of my town Owerri and why we love it so much;

• Owerri Mall
  One of the biggest malls in Owerri. A meeting point for people who love to shop and spend some money. A very big market hub that has everything from baby stuff to electronics to food stuff. This is the best place to be if it shopping for ur money's worth.
  

• Dan Anyiam staduim
  A 60000 capacity stadium built by the Owerri government is the major stadium of all important matches being played in Owerri. The stadium is beautiful and is a sight to behold.
  

• Assumpta Cathedral Owerri
  This is one of the biggest churches in Owerri and serves as a landmark to show the pride of the Owerri people
  

• Nekede Zoo
  The Nekede zoo in Owerri serves as a major tourist attraction as people come from far and wide to see the exotic animals that have made the zoo their home.
  

• Ogunta Lake
  A very big lake located in Owerri features various kinds of fish predominantly salmon, tuna, prawn, tilapia and catfish. It is the abode of fishermen who come from far and wide to fish.
  

• National Museum Owerri.
  This is the national Museum of history located in Owerri. It features several artifact that date back thousands of years. It features artworks pictures of the culture of our ancestors. It also depicts the history of Nigeria and that of the Igbo people.
  

• Mbari Cultural and Art Center
  The Mbari Cultural and Art Center is the symbol of culture in Owerri and is home to many cultural activities and festivities. It is a very big tourist attraction as people love the beautiful attire food and presentation on display at the cultural center.
  

• Owerri amusement park.
  This is a very big amusement park in Owerri where people come to chill and have fun.
  

• Pepper-soup joint
  You haven't experienced Owerri if u haven't been to a pepper-soup joint and have some of it's tasty pepper-soup. One of the many tourist attraction and beloved dishes if the people of Owerri.
  

• Shawarma spot
  Owerri is known for its many shawarma spot located around the state. The perfect bite for jus chilling in the evening with ur friends.
  
  These are some of the sights sounds and attraction that make Owerri a bustling town full of vibe and spirit. Tourist come from far and wide to enjoy the beauty and freedom Owerri gives. Freedom to party, freedom to have fun and enjoy yourself without worrying about the consequence.
