My Activities Today 20/10/2021.Road work is my usual, after having my usual roadwork show this morning,I join our normal foot ball training exercise.Since sporting exercise activities came to stay on board,I refused to miss out of it because when i came to realize the important, benefits and what it means to me i adopt it as a pattern, part and parcel of my life.From my experiences the entire universe (fifa) focus On Sport activities/event to capture every person's lives as a healing balm solution.Honestly it's so funny but amazing when you rapore with sport.That is my views as i center my health on Sport activities.

We were on steem alive (float in town).we
Introducing steem alive platform through mrs Blessing the leader to new comers who were hysterical to come in to the platform.we had some shuts of photography to back up the show because"everything has to be transparently and clearly done with best practices"to show case steem alive.Iam persuaded with the show once we make things clearer, it becomes our objectives, making our business more transparent.implicit in the fore going therefore is that the purpose of our outing shall be felt by every indigenes and the masses.

Cleaning up my environment is part of exercise to my health.An english man said that "health is wealth", keeping my environment neat is my wealth because iam free from dangerous animals even insects such as mosquito and flies.Iam very free from sickness because my usual roadwork show and my Environmental clean up exercise every day is part and parcel of keeping my health in a good and sound condition without medication.My advice to steemians to steemians is that learn one or two things to keep your health sound and mentains it because we are in a learning process.

Conclusion
My relationship with steem alive community every day brought me back to school, which enable my learning ability once.stand still steem alive.
