MY #2 WEEKLY REPORT FOR TEAM INDOMITABLES [UMUAHIA STEEM COMMUNITY] AS A TEAM COORDINATOR BY @LADYOFPOLICY

INTRODUCTION

Greetings friends in steemalive community, how is the work and Business going so far. I will be honest, am so honoured to take this role of a team coodinator for umuahia steem Community and am very happy to make my report for the week for "team indomitables"

I won't fail to appreciate the endless effort of my state representative @samuel20 and other team leaders who has been working very hard to make this Community a great one,I appreciate all your effort. Over the course of the week, Umuahia steem community choose a name for our team which is team indomitables, and we choose this name because we're made up of soft set of ladies with a few guys but we produce mightier result,which is why we choose a soft name for our team.

My report will contain the following;

• Promotion (Roadshow).
• Mentorship
• Verification
• Clubs.
• Follow ups etc.

ROAD SHOW [PROMOTION]

Due to the fact that we stay in the students area, our road show is fixed to always be on Saturdays when the students are having their rest. It's always scheduled to take off by 4pm and end by latest 6pm. So on Saturday,the 13th day of November 2021, we went for our road show at Lima hall inside Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike and the volunteers for the road show are;

The roadshow started as at exactly 4pm, and we had many people to sign up to the system but network disappointed us that we couldn't sign up anyone,many people stood for over an hour to get signed up but network wasn't in our favor so we had them fill out forms and with the details we gathered we created a WhatsApp group for all of them in order to get them signed up. A total number of 6 forms were filled;

MENTORSHIP

As a team coodinator,it is my duty to mentor the newbies even the old members and to pass the necessary information across to them so that everyone will feel belong and comfortable,so I do this through my social media platforms and even one on one.

Amongst other people I mentored, @bobhanson is a newbie so I tried my best explaining to him how to make his Achievement 2 post through a screen record and I believe his post will soon be ready

VERIFICATION

One of the challenges I encountered is verifying newbies in newcomer Community due to the fact that there are too many people to be verified,but this week I tried my best and one person was verified in newcomers community while another person was verified in steemalive community.

CLUBS

Talking about clubs, I took out my time to explain to my teammates the importance of powering up more than withdrawal yesterday during our roadshow and with it they are doing well in terms of at least maintaining #club5050. Below are the screenshots of the club status of my teammates;

FOLLOW UPS

Following up newbies has become a habit that I willingly practice because someone followed me up when I joined steemit for me to be here today so I use every available means to follow them up. I currently created a mentorship group on WhatsApp where I train, mentor and coach people that join steemit currently and this method gas been very helpful to me and my team.

CONCLUSION

Growth is one thing we all need in life and I believe that growth is in process. Team indomitable is still undergoing the process of growth and I believe that with the power of team work we will grow into a bigger and better team in steemalive Community.

I beseech every one both new people and old member to give their all to this platform because it worth working hard for.

I will also like to appreciate everyone that makes this community what it is today especially the admin @focusnow for all the ideas and initiatives he put towards the growth of this Community.

Finally,I must thank my fellow team coordinators @kingreechy and @peterabagi, and my state representative @samuel20 for all the support, I love you all.
