Greetings my fellow promoters. Hope we had a great time in today's Promotion. As for Team Goal Getters, it was amazing. I'm here with my report for the Roadshow. Stay tune.

I woke up early in the morning, said my prayer to Start the day, I did my chores and prepared breakfast. Ate my breakfast and left to school for my lectures which was from 8-10 in the morning.

After the class, I called my team coordinator @ijelady to know the venue for the Promotion, she told me I should call @chichieze since she has left earlier with @mesola to Meet an investor they signed up few days ago. I called @chichieze and she told me I should stop by Ring road 3, along Oron road. I boarded a vehicle and left to the venue. I was the first to arrive at the location and I waited for few minutes before they all arrived.

First of all, we moved in to PWAN office to get our banner because we dropped it there on our last Promotion. While coming out, some men who noticed us while we entered called us and enquire about what we were doing. We now saw a good opportunity of telling them about Steemit.

After @chichieze had told him about Steemit and how it operates. He asked the following questions;

What are the risk involved?

The following answer was given to him. The answer was that there's no risk involved as long as he has a good internet connection and a smart phone.

The second question;

Do I need to refer anyone or reach a certain amount before I could be a member

The answer was that, Steemit is not a network marketing platform that you'll need to Meet a certain task before you could join and in Steemit, we only do Promotion to further create awareness about Steemit to people. It's not a referral platform (bring one, bring two).

As the discussion was still ongoing, a lady who was passing by noticed us and also came close to know what was happening

@christybless started telling her about Steemit, she also told her there's a particular Community for women, she told her about contest which was part of things to written about. The lady asked about how to join and participate in the contest.

@christybless told her it's just to follow the rules of the contest and also write in the community where the contest is created

The Promotion continued for some minutes, everyone was just busy promoting Steemit to people who care to listen. I also did same. There was a particular guy I met and he asked me the following question;

How do I know that a particular content or article is quality?

He was asking me this question because I told him that he could only make quality content in the platform so I answered him by saying that

A content is quality when you make use of markdowns, when it's at least 350 words and when it's plaigarism free.

The discussion which was filled with questions and answers took place for some minutes before he now got a flyer and told me he's already late for work. He said he'll get back to me. Immediately I finished talking I saw my literature in English teacher in secondary school, I ran to Meet her. She was very excited to see me. She asked me what we were doing and I turned my back and showed her what's written, she read it and was very excited.

She told me it was really a nice thing to do. And I was wondering how she knew because I didn't explain any further. I guess it's from what she read on my t-shirt. She told me she'll be interested to join it too but she's really tired because she was coming back from school when I saw. She got my number and promised to call before she now boarded a vehicle and Left.

After some hours into the Promotion, the sun was really scorching and we had done more than enough for the day so we decided to call it a day and keep the rest for some other day. We took a group picture and left.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I'll say that today was awesome and I'm happy to be part of it. The turn up was really great. Steemian like@nsikakedem who's still not strong Because of some health issues still came out for the Promotion. I thank all the team members who made it to the Promotion, we're really moving forward this year.
