The diarygame: how rain bridged our aba day 7 roadshow today Tuesday 21:7:2021-10% to @steemalive

Ohh my God! What a bad day, a day that kept me waiting. A day that postponed my expectation. Chai, its too bad but thank God there is life.

Dear friend, are you confused? Do not panic for it seems like am speaking in parable right? Anyway, relax for i must unveil my reason for such proverbial sayings. But before i proceed, let me drop my morning activities here.

EARLY MORNING

I woke up as early as 5:30am. Its too early right? But the truth is that its a must that i do so because, i need to leave the house as early as possible because, today gonna be our 7th day road show here in Aba abia state.

So immediately i woke up, i said a little prayer, examined the scriptures and also gave thanks and praises to my lovely God.

Thereafter, i went to the kitchen, prepare food, wash some plates and then took my bathe. After that, i ate beans and plantain pottage and then left the house.

Hey dear, do you know where am heading to? No is the answer right? Please patiently follow me on this blog as i gonna tell you my movement.

MY MOVEMENT

The time now is 8;00am. So i left my house and boarded a kekenapep to our Aba steemit training center so as to join my fellow active steemit promoters on our day 7 roadshow here in Aba.

But to my greatest surprise, it started raining so heavily that there was no movement even cars and bikes was no where to be found. So with that i waited for a while on the road and lastly, i managed myself and reached our steemit office with the help of an umbrella. On reaching there, i saw @chigold1, @ninapenda, @samuel20 and @benson6 but later @gladys4 came in. We were so happy seeing each other and i personally was happy seeing @benson6 around for he came from Uyo just to visit us as his fellow promoters and to join us on the roadshow. But on the other hand, his visit pained me. Why? Good question. Lets see why.

AGONY OF MY HEART

Imagine the pain one feels after preparing for a mission with the sole aim of accomplishing it only to realise that its impossible to accomplish just because of rain. Anyway, i don't know how you might feel, but as for me, it's too painful. And i experienced it today. After preparing with my steemit fliers ready at hand just to remain indoors because of rain. Its too bad.

Anyway, the weather condition actually gave us the opportunity to discuss the way forward as steem promoters. But our aim is to move as soon as the rain subsided. But we waited till 3:00pm but to no avail.

Therefore, our able city coordinator decided to cheer us up with soft drink and snacks.

CONCLUSION

In all, am so much happy for the fact that we are still alive and in good health. Despite the weather challenge, we, the active members of steemalive steem promoters must continue to promote steemit despite challenges.
