INTRODUCTION

Hello Steemians! I'm well convinced that Steemit platform has been putting smile our faces. Well, it has to me. I will be sharing my fabulous experience at my visit to an orphanage home.

CHARITY IS INEVITABLE

Giving aids to the less privileged is the most observed charity work that philanthropists invest their money on hugely because they understood that it is beautiful to make another person happy by helping out with the person's needs. According to Forbes, 25 American billionaires, Bill and Melinda Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros, Michael Bloomberg and others, have give an approximate sum of $149 billion in their lifetime to charity, and interestingly they are still giving. Hence, if these financially established men can do charity, who am I?

MY ORPHANAGE VISITATION

I and my fellow corp members thought it beautiful to visit an orphanage home with few items such as toiletries and food items. At first, we went to the market and got these items before embarking on the journey.

THE ARRIVAL AND PRESENTATION OF GIFTS

It was a fulfilling experience the moment we arrived at the destination, Seventh-Day Adventist Motherless Babies Home Aba. The security men gave us a pass to the orphanage building where the overseer welcomed us warmly in love. We were super excited to see lovely kids that are well taken care of in a good hygienic environment. After introducing who we are, we presented our few gifts to the home and played with the kids.

OUR DEPARTURE AND CONCLUSION

I nearly cried when we were about to leave, seeing how the orphans felt at our departure. Nevertheless, it was a fulfilling and joyous experience. Remember,

@mazikenechukwu, I feel joy seeing that these kids are been remembered by persons like you. I always do same every end of the year.

These kids are so loving when you see them, mostimes I cry for them. I feel their pain. Well, It can only be God who takes care of them. The kids would always want to remain on your body once you carry them. 😭

Thank you for sharing....

You're very correct ma. Only God can really take care of them. Thank you for concern ma.
