There are many natural gifts from God which when utilised well are of great advantage and very beneficial to humans. Some of these gifts of nature includes the air we breathe, rain, sunlight,water from rivers and other natural sources of water, plants and of course fruits.
All of the above mentioned are beneficial and important for human existence and survival for example, we need air for gaseous exchange,plants need sunlight for photosynthesis and in turn human depend on plants for food.
But one of them is really important to humans for body growth, development, function and repair. Perhaps this got you wondering ... which of these gift is that?
The answer is Fruits , humans need fruits for growth, development, function and repair of dead or weak tissues in the body.
But what then are fruits ?

Fruits are a tree's or other plants delicious, fleshy and edible part which can be consumed either raw, frozen, cooked or taken as smoothies when blended . They are important part of a healthy diet which comes in wide varieties of color,shape,size and flavor. Fruits contains essential vitamins and minerals which aid the growth and development of the body as well as enhances the wellbeing of various organs,cells and tissues in our body . Some of these vitamins and minerals are;
- Vitamin A also known as beta-carotene
- Vitamin C, found mostly in citrus fruits such as Oranges .
- Magnesium
- Phosphorus
- Vitamin k and calcium for healthy bones and teeth.
- Vitamin E .......etc
Fruits are gifts from our loving creator and there are more than 2,000 varieties of fruits for human consumption and enjoyment. Some of these fruits are mangoes, watermelon, cucumber, carrots, bananas, grapes, apricots,guava,paw-paw, avocados, limes, lemon , pomegranate, strawberry, blueberry, velvet tamarind , coconut, tomatoes, oranges, apples......etc

- Fruits contains vitamin K which is essential for strong bones and healthy teeth and also good for blood clotting.

Ans i am cucumber.
My best fruit is cucumber from the same family of watermelon and pumpkin. They are long, thick and greeny in nature. Most people consider them veggies but they are fruits. There are nearly 100 varieties of cucumber.
I love cucumbers because they keep my body hydrated and helps in bowel movement too. I also love cucumber because they relieve stress .....yes whenever am tired I take cucumbers because I'll definitely sleep off when am done eating them. If am asked to rate cucumbers out of 10 I'll give it a 9.5 .
I love eating cucumbers with groundnuts and milk just like this👇
Special thanks to my big bro @focusnow, he always buys my favorite fruit as well as other fruits and thanks to him ,mom and dad, we don't lack fruits at home.
