AKWAIBOM STATE ROAD SHOW WEEK #15 WAS GREAT 😃😃😃, I PERSONALLY WAS INVOLVED, READ ABOUT MY ACTIVITIES||10% TO @STEEMALIVE

Greetings to you all great minds in steemalive community. I am back with the report of my activities during the road show here in my city. I was able to join the show despite my tight schedule and it was successful. I visited an open university with @eliany and @benton3, I also visited primary school teachers to talk to them about steem and finally, I joined team Goal-getters to promote steem at [UNIVERSITY OF UYO](https://what3words.com/website.cornering.system).

MY VISIT TO AN OPEN UNIVERSITY IN MY CITY

Team Elite cordinator, @eliany had told me that she will not be available on Friday due to the burial she will attend and as such she will like me to accompany her to an open university in my city. I had not been there before and so I joined her though it was my shout out Thursday promotion. I decided to go for steemalive community road show first. It was a brief one because I later went out for Thursday shoutout Thursday promotion.

So at the open university, we discovered that they were in exams but we met with an invigilator who listened to us and told us the right day to come back and be able to meet both lectures and students. She requested for some fliers to help us distribute to staff and students of which we gave to her. We came out and spoke to few persons and since they were all busy preparing for their exams, we left for another location.

MY FRIDAY ROAD SHOW WITH @BENTON3 AND THEN LATER WITH TEAM GOAL-GETTERS

I and @benton3 started our road show by 9am because we had appointment to do a presentation to some teachers in one of the primary/secondary school in my city. I had signed one of the teachers up during my Thursday promotion and so we went to speak to the other teachers.

We got there exactly at the time we scheduled to meet and they were gathered to listen though not all because they too were on exams for the kids. We spoke to them and they asked lots of questions which we answered. They took fliers and promised to visit my steemit office because it is close to the school.

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UYO

I and @benton3, @goodybest and @chichieze later met the team Goal-getters at the University of Uyo where they were already doin the road show. We exchanged pleasantries and took some pictures

The promotion began when I and @chichieze and @mesola went inside the school to meet some persons. I met with @aniefiok123 who signed up earlier and he had more questions to ask which I helped him understand. And he was willing to move over to Achievement 2.

From there, I and @benton3 and @goodybest went to meet with my old recruit who was my course mate in the school. He did a little investment and his account has been curating posts as I linked it to curation trail. His username is @citysilver45. I helped him check his account and claimed his 6 steem which is his curation reward. He has not been checking his accounts he is a very busy young man. He blamed me for not checking up on him and encouraging him to as before. He promised to invest more in steem. He is a practicing Accountant, and a professional one at that. He took our course further unlike me who just ended with my first degree. See our pictures below

From there, we met a friend and a Christian Brother who works there too the office of the dean of studies. I had earlier spoken to them sometimes ago but they said they will check it out. We explained again to them and this time around, they became more interested. I am hopeful that they will join us soon as investors.

This is I and the wife in his husband's office. She too is a staff but she is on leave. Good enough, I spoke to both of them earlier and now they are together again to listen. These images where taken by @goodybest.

We later went out to join with the rest of the team members and to have a refreshment before going back home. We eat roasted yam and fish as you can see in the pictures below.

It was really an interesting day for me. I am grateful to @ijelady and her team.
